Your figures never leave your device

The checkers run entirely in your browser. Invoice numbers, payslip figures, earnings — none of it is transmitted to us or anyone else. "Save and return" uses your own browser's storage; clearing it is one button on the tool, or your browser's own controls.

What does reach a server

• If you pay: the pricing tier (employer or self-employed) is sent to create a Stripe Checkout session. Stripe processes the payment and knows what Stripe knows — card details never touch us. Stripe's receipt email is the record of purchase.
• Analytics: privacy-respecting, cookie-free page counts only. No identifiers, no cross-site tracking, nothing to opt out of because nothing identifies you.
• If you email us: your email, which we use to reply and keep for as long as the conversation needs.

Generated in your browser, downloaded by you. We keep no copy — we never had one.

You can ask what personal information we hold (for most visitors: none), ask for correction or deletion, or complain to the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). Contact: here.
