What this service is

Calculators and document preparation. The tools compare figures you type in against published rates and rules, and — for the paid ACC product — prepare documents for you to send.

What it is not

• Not your agent. We never act on your behalf with ACC, IRD or anyone else, never hold an authority to act, and never contact an agency about you. Everything is sent by you, from your own address, under your own name.
• Not advice. Results are estimates produced from your inputs and published data. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and no outcome is guaranteed — the deciding agency decides.
• Not a data collector. Figures you type stay in your browser. See the privacy statement.

Payment and refunds

Every lodgement pack — the ACC documents, the holiday pay case pack, the left-NZ pack — is a one-off purchase (No GST charged — under the registration threshold.). Refunds are instant on request, no questions asked — email us and it is done. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Accuracy and liability

We take accuracy seriously enough that the site refuses to display unverified or out-of-date figures at all. Even so: estimates depend on your inputs, agencies calculate from their own records, and to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be limited.
